Refund policy
We only accept returns and issue refunds for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference.
Reporting an Issue
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days of receiving your item if it is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item.
To report an issue, email us at info@laraisabella.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the defect or damage
Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
Return Process
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
In some cases, we may not require you to return the faulty item. Where appropriate, a replacement will be sent to you at no additional cost.
Items sent back to us without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to deny any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
Condition of Returns
Returned items must be in their original condition and not intentionally damaged or misused. We may request additional information before approving a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
If your item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement where possible. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
All items are considered final sale unless they are faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are only covered if the item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and reflect the refund.

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
